Your technology is the gate. Be the way through it.

We read every live UK motorsport vacancy we could find across four occupations on 12 September 2026. Employers name your products by name, and then ask for no qualification that would teach them. That gap is the reason people do not apply.

34of 39

Machining vacancies asking for no formal qualification. The barrier is not a certificate, it is knowing the machine.

63

Times a named technology appears across the machining scan. 26 distinct products, counted advert by advert.

0

Apprenticeships naming motorsport within 30 miles of Silverstone. There is no pipeline for your technology to sit in.

Naming a technology here is a statement about what employers ask for. It is not an endorsement, and it does not imply any relationship between us and the vendor.

Founding partner packages

Where your technology is the gate, the honest answer to a candidate is that they need to learn it. We would rather point them at your certification than at a search engine.

Listed

No fee

Any vendor named in the skills map

Named as a route where their technology is the gate. No logo, no content, no data.

This is how every conversation opens, and it costs us nothing. Permission to name them comes from public information.

Founding Training Partner

£4,800 a year

One technology, one sector

Their certification named as the training route on every skills gap that names their technology. Co-branded pathway page, their course linked from each personal gap, and a quarterly demand report.

Deliberately sub-threshold: most partner managers can approve it without a budget round, which is the point at this stage.

Founding Sector Partner

£12,000 a year

One sector, all their technologies

Everything above across every product they own, twelve content slots a year in the sector feed, named sponsor of the published sector skills report, and the full demand time series.

Sits where a trade-body or industry-report sponsorship normally sits, so it reads as a familiar line item.

Founding Programme Partner

£30,000 a year

Motorsport plus the next two sectors as they launch

Everything above across three sectors, category exclusivity for twelve months, a quarterly briefing on cross-sector skill movement, and first look at the data.

Needs a budget holder, which is appropriate for the vendors already running formal academic programmes.

Optional outcome fee: £250 per completed certification

Optional, per completed certification attributed to the platform, capped at GBP 10,000 a year. It is the number a partner manager can take to their own board.

These rates are a starting frame rather than benchmarked market pricing: vendor sponsorship rate cards are not public. Category exclusivity is offered for twelve months only. Selling it in perpetuity before there is an audience would lock out a better partner later.
